My name is Michael Miller, and I'm running for an At-Large seat on the Corpus Christi City Council because I believe our city deserves thoughtful leadership, long-term planning, and practical solutions that improve everyday life for the people who call Corpus Christi home.
Like many of you, I want to see a city that continues to grow while protecting what makes our community special. I want safer neighborhoods, stronger infrastructure, reliable water for future generations, better maintained streets, and a local government that earns the public's trust through transparency and accountability.

Why I'm Running
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work alongside community leaders, business owners, volunteers, and residents who care deeply about the future of Corpus Christi. Again and again, I've heard the same concerns.
People want better streets. They want confidence in our long-term water supply. They want neighborhoods that are safe and well maintained. They want city government to make thoughtful decisions that provide lasting value instead of short-term fixes.
Those conversations convinced me that I could help make a positive difference by serving on the Corpus Christi City Council. Why can’t we have nicer amenities along with expanded shopping and dining options like other major cities throughout Texas?
My Experience
Throughout my career, I've learned the importance of listening before leading. Whether working with businesses, community organizations, or local residents, I've seen that the best solutions come from bringing people together, asking good questions, and making decisions based on facts rather than politics.
That same philosophy guides my campaign. I believe city government works best when it focuses on solving problems, planning responsibly, and investing wisely in the future.
Why an At-Large Seat?
An At-Large City Council Member represents every neighborhood in Corpus Christi.
That means listening to concerns from every part of the city and making decisions based on what's best for the community as a whole.
While every neighborhood has unique priorities, we all depend on reliable infrastructure, safe streets, strong public safety, responsible financial management, and opportunities for future growth.
Those are citywide issues that deserve citywide thinking.
