Shaping Corpus Christi for our future
For as long as I can remember, I've heard that Corpus Christi is on the verge of taking off. Yet decade after decade, we seem to find ourselves having the same conversations about growth, jobs, infrastructure, and opportunity.
I believe our city has everything it needs to succeed, but we must be willing to think bigger and take a different approach. My vision as a City Council At-Large member is a Corpus Christi with a stronger economy, more opportunities for working families, and a future where our children and grandchildren can build successful lives right here at home. By attracting new industries, creating high-paying jobs, and investing in the long-term success of our community, we can build a Sparkling City by the Sea that generations will be proud to call home.
Corpus Christi's economy rests on a handful of major industries that have served us well for generations. But when a city depends too heavily on just a few sectors, growth becomes limited and opportunity becomes fragile.
